Devin, I totally agree with you. I was thinking about in a situation like that, i would kick the pitbull on the balls with all my strength.

But something tells me that anyone attacking the pitbull would be in trouble one way or another for animal abuse or something like. Even the owner, despite the pitbull's aggressive behavior, would end up suing the peole attacking his dog.

half the dogs in america are pits, the owners often don't give a crap about neutering/spaying them. seriously, look up your local pound and take a good look at the dogs. every other dog is listed as something like a "lab mix" or "shepherd mix" and is clearly half pitbull judging by the face/jaw, but people don't wanna adopt those so they aren't upfront about it.

This reminds me of the incident with the pitbull attacking a beagle and another crowd of people unable to get it to let go.

The owner didnt face any charges and they got to keep their pitbull but the beagles injuries were so bad it had to be killed afterwards.

When are you fucking people going to realize its not about bad owners? You could raise a Boston Terrier or a Golden Retriever since birth without any effort put in, and that dog would never attempt to bite the leg off of another dog.
