Andrew Cuomo (D) has done a hell of a job on issues like infrastructure and voting rights, while voicing support for the governors decision to resign after a state investigation found that he sexually harassed 11 women. I thought hes done a hell of a job, both on everything from access to voting to infrastructure to a whole range of things, Biden told reporters when asked about Cuomos 10-year tenure as governor, distinguishing between Cuomos personal behavior and his policy actions. Thats why its so sad. Questioned later about his assessment of Cuomo's time in office, Biden said he was commenting on the governors leadership on issues like infrastructure and not on the sexual harassment allegations. Biden said women who make such accusations should be believed when their allegations are backed up by investigations. Biden, who called on Cuomo to resign last week after the findings of the investigation were released, also said he respected the governors decision to leave office.
