A) Not acknowledge three points of employee concern
B) Somewhat acknowledge a fourth point by hiring a law firm with prior ties to executives, case history of outcomes supporting the company vs employee, and reputation of union busting
C) Have a lady who dismissed the claims as factually incorrect be part of "voices of women"
D) Promise increased diversity in hiring (especially in gender) just months after saying a plan to do so is "unworkable"

Yep, and him hiring a union busting firm a week ago to try to quiet this whole thing down shows that he's full of it.

Change is not gonna happen until him and everyone involved with enabling & causing these incidents step down and leave the company.

Edit: With Acti-Blizz having a coalfire set under them like this, I actually want Ubisoft to be investigated again, because it's gonna sicken me if Ubisoft is being ignored while this is going on and they haven't done a thing to change their own policies.
