I've seen both. Both are awesome, but I prefered The One featuring Michael Jackson's music. I've also seen The Beatles Love at Mirage which is great.

during my stay, i saw they would be playing a home game against the bengals.
i looked up ticket prices on stubhub and i couldn't believe what i was seeing for expensive the seats were especially against the bengals of all teams... i've read that currently the raiders are the most expensive team regarding ticket prices for home games right now. even more than the cowboys.

back in 2017 when i went to watch the leafs play vegas (lost 6-3), my cousin and me paid $250 usd per ticket for lower bowl seats.

$250 per ticket??? Jesus Christ himself would have to be QB for me to pay that much to see the fuckin Raiders.

leafs vs golden nights
i actually looked at the nfl schedule and i may have misread the schedule for the raiders. they are playing on nov 22 not dec. they won't be playing at home during my stay.

That's NHL which is considerably cheaper to see live than NFL. This season is the Raiders inaugural stadium opener with fans in Vegas so tickets are way higher than average. Nosebleeds for the Raiders Dolphins game right now is $350.

Been there in December, Id consider it hoodie weather. Not ice cold, but not warm enough for t shirt and shorts (IMO). Whether or not youd consider that enjoyable is personal preference.

i'm looking at a few steakhouses as well.
the palazzo/venetian both have delmonico's and cut which i'm considering.
i saw bouchon but they don't do reservations that far in advance.

some other excursions i'm looking at are a package at the machine gun experience and riding atv's at the nevada dunes

That sounds like an interesting story.

I was initially going to book at the cosmopolitan but the room starts at a $100 more per day then what the palazzo was offering.

I'm prolly still going to go there for the chandelier bar and secret pizza

Palazzo is a nice hotel, enjoy. Seems like you've been to Vegas before, are you looking for any recommendations? What do you plan to do for 5 days?

Usually my Vegas trips are 3 days but I do probably go to Vegas more than the average person. I don't think I've done more than 3 days... I think maybe I could do 4 days but not sure what I'd fill my time with. 5 days??? I'd definitely just be taking it easy and relaxing a bunch

last time i went i made a poor decision thinking staying a little bit off-strip was smarter cause of lower costs so my cousin and me went and booked at south point which is like a 10 min drive away from the strip. turns out the ubers going back and forth added up... lol.
found decent packages on expedia and figured why not since my wife has never been to vegas.

just cut loose and unwind.
really the trip is 4 days because we'll be landing around 11pm (wife is a teacher and she can't get off until 5 so had to book an 8:15 flight)
i missed out on a lot of trips that i had planned with my wife last year like the honeymoon i was supposed to go at paris and brussels and then we had a proposed trip to istanbul last march which didn't happen...
going to do some partying, shopping along the grand canal shops, some gambling, watch a few shows and maybe catch a knights game (playing the lightning on the 21st)
prolly going to avoid those celeb parties at clubs cause those are total ripoffs.

I always book direct, the travel site deals can be a nightmare to straighten out if something goes wrong. Those deals often don't save much anyway.

expedia has been pretty decent. i had to cancel a flight to vancouver last february and i did end up getting my money back although it took 7 weeks for expedia to do it.

when i went to the palazzo website, it quoted me 1400 directly without a flight for those days
