Apparently. It reads like a shitpost but I looked into it and it is actually a thing.

It's also racist because Hispanic and Asian donors are not as targeted by height restrictions that might affect Black or White donors. Supposedly it has to do with the quantity of donors in those ethnic groups if they applied the same height restrictions across the board.

It's legitimately one of the most pathetic things I've read this year and I can't believe it's true but it is.
