A tiny bit goes a long way but yeah I appreciate the flavor in a lot of dishes

yes, I'm not actually conscious to when I'm eating the food like "that is good oyster sauce", but my gf adds it to a lot of food she makes and it seems to always taste good.

I'm sure I've only tried low end shit for gweilos but the handful of oyster sauces I've had have been way too fucking sweet to be useful for anything except wasting food. Sad. I've had better luck with anchovy based fish sauces.
