Ryzen 3100 equivalent performance doesn't sound optimal for Switch emulation. The Yuzu team lists a Ryzen 3600 for 'recommended' performance.

also AFAIK you don't need to 'hack' the Steam Deck for homebrew, it has USB for OS installs and you can use it like a computer.
