How about Furi though? Sort of character action dual stick shooter boss rush hybrid. The story isn't deep but it's got a mood.

Definitely make a Steam account and fill up a wishlist if you want PC games cheap. You just missed the big summer sale but there are always random games going on sale and it's so nice just to have it on your wishlist and get an email
