It is way easier to blame it on politics and nobody likes us. The fact that the UK came 5th in 2009 and 11th in 2011 (but 5th in the televote) are enough to discard that theory. In 2009 the UK sent an amazing powerballad written by Andrew Lloyd Webber sung so beautifully by Jade Ewen (she is or was in girlband Sugababes).
