Most assuredly there is nobody that never has an evil thought. Humanity just isn't built that way. It's a base, survival instinct.

Depends on what the bad thoughts are. As long as you don't act on them if it involves breaking the law the in a serious way and / or in a way that hurts or negatively affects someone else, it's usually fine.

It depends how common these thoughts are, what they are and if you act on them or not.

If you are constantly thinking X people are scum, constantly want to abuse Y people and always repressing the urge to drive over Z people then that's worrying.

An occasional dark thought is whatever and just a pretty basic human thing.

Given my diagnosis of MDD and GAD, my intrusive thoughts tend to consist of attacking myself for past actions and feeling that everyone around me hates me and would be better off without me around. They also consist of occasional spontaneous thoughts of "fuck this," when I'm enjoying something I'm doing.

Yeah, I definitely think you can still be a good person. The difference is letting those thoughts take control over you.

Id like to think so. I have ICD and a huge problem with intrusive thoughts but I immediately know its a bad thought and shake it off.

Its like theres another me in my head going cmon dude, you know you shouldnt say/think that thats not you

Essentially terrible thoughts randomly pop into my head all the time but because Im self aware enough to know theyre bad nothing comes of them

And I think Im ok. Im not a saint but I dont think Im bad either lol I dont bother anybody I keep to myself
