What the fuck
I dont even think there was food in there I nuked it with bug spray but it just seemed to annoy them and make them run away down into the can and I just left it on the curb Hopefully when the trash truck picks it up it dumps them all out with it. I keep it in my garage so I went around spraying the few that fell off in there and were crawling up the wall (so maybe they werent maggots? Do they climb walls?) Now I feel itchy --- ... This happened to me the other day. I didn't use bug spray or bleach, just took it out back and hosed it down, then let it sit in the sun for awhile to dry. It got rid of them.
