Well first I have to understand what fascism is. Everyone keeps using that word. I do not think it means what they think it means.

I'd assume that many other like minded Americans would soon follow. As even a small minority of us on top of things would be a pretty significant amount with our population size and all.

It still makes more strategic sense to me if all those people regroup in the UK for a counter invasion. In WW2, many soldiers of nations conquered by the Nazis met up in the UK

For this topic it means the current US government falls. Democracy ends. People are not allowed to vote anymore . Either the military, or so.e powerful individual with Supreme authority is in charge. It's illegal to leave the country. Also to enter it. Though nobody would want to. Might be illegal even to move between states.

Information from outside the US is cut off to normal people. Internet would probably be banned. Just some quick stuff I thought of. The idea is that we turn into North Korea

idk, most nations already suck. Canada and Mexico are automatically out, even before considering they'd become targets. The UK and France are still on the sketchy side. Germany and Italy have histories of going that direction, so they're out. I'm just going to write off all of Africa, since some of the governments are unstable and the stable nations can be problematic. China is cracking down on foreigners again and they restrict shit anyway. Japan would be tough to find a job other than teaching English because I don't know Japanese. My old stomping ground Greece has basically imploded. Spain is still a mess now. Ireland has a lot of issues. Brazil has some turmoil. Russia isn't even on the table.

Uh... I would say South Korea, but without the US backing them up, NK might take them over. Similar issue with Israel, since Europe would turn its back so Israel's neighbors would wipe it out. And there are a lot of other nations kinda in a similar situation where the US is a difference-maker.

Shit, there really aren't a lot of places to go, are there? I guess that kinda leaves Australia and NZ. They're both majority English-speaking nations. NZ's accent is annoying, though, so maybe Australia... but like everything in Australia can kill you.

NZ seems to be the most promising if they'd let me in. Canada and Australia could also work. Unfortunately, the UK seems to be going in the wrong direction as well, just more slowly.

So many of the same responses. If you guys plan on getting out at the same time (which CEman would) it would literally be a gaggle fuck of CEman at every Canadian checkpoint and flights to EU and AU. You would all create your own line.

I'm sticking to Cuba.Be there in a day and jump to the lower Caribbean after selling some of my crap.

You're right, and that's part of why Canada isn't on the top of the list. Millions of people will have that same idea at the same time and the Canadian border would become a humanitarian hellzone until something is sorted out.

The best bet is to get to a less popular country early. If things ever really went south to that extent, I'd be rounded up pretty quickly for a lot of reasons.
