I might be in the minority, but I actually find that I prefer online classes. Not having to drive to campus (I live a half hour away) almost every day has been a blessing.

As a teacher, teaching online feels a bit easier to me. Mainly just because I know my computer well. But on the other hand, student engagement goes straight into the shitter.

Online. Easier to focus, go at my pace, be comfy at home, not fight traffic and worry about being on time.

A large part of higher education is networking which is significantly easier and possible to get a larger network in person.

Online is so much better.
Only time online is bad is when they have someone teaching a class that has no business doing an online class and they still make the class the same difficulty as if they were teaching in person. I never took a single online class and I don't think it would've been good for me.
