This, although I would amend it to say only roll the weapon banner if you want BOTH of the 5 star weapons on it. If you go in feeling that you'll be happy no matter what the pity gives you, you'll be fine. If you're hoping that RNG gives you one and not the other, then you're just asking for trouble.

Alternatively: roll on the weapon banner if you don't have any materials to level up characters. That sweet 5* power creep waifu ain't gonna do shit for you at level 1.

I hope they add limited weapons to the standard banner. Otherwise there is no way a f2p like me can have such weapons. At least I have Amos bow for Ganyu but I would like SoH for Hu Tao

You won't get it anyway. Your odds of pulling it would be so low it would be insignificant. That said it's normal for limited things to be added to the permanent pool after a long time.

Still something only whales could do but I guess if you wanna try a weapon banner you should wait for the update.

Not quite. You pick the one you want first and if you don't get it you get some token thing you can use to buy it with. So you may end up with 2 weapons you don't want to get the one you do

You lose the tokens once that specific banner ends, which is just cruel as hell

Losing tokens is standard fare for this mechanism, aka "sparking"

Guardian Tales is a huge outlier in that their mileage tickets not only carry on forever but you can use tickets earned in the character banner to buy the weapons.

I've been sitting on 4/5 on "For the Love of Godwin" for several months now. I've done the other Godwin/Glory-related dailies multiple times.

I don't even have any idea how far I've gotten on Love Signs.

Ever since they fixed the Little Fei version of Pirates, it's the only version I get. lol

I just hate playing as Mona. Her dash makes me so mad (in combat, at least).

Ayaka has the same dash, which is bad news.

Kazuha is fucking lit as hell at Lv 90 btw. Dude utterly decimates the Spiral Abyss.

Really? Because I just equipped my Lv 80 Mona with Xingqiu's gear and she still feels like slippery shit

You know who feels awesome, though? Keqing. For as kinda meh as she is, her actual mechanics feel sooooo smooth.

Keqing's actual stats and multipliers are really good. Honestly if she was pyro she'd be a tier higher.

I don't know why people hate on her. Ever since i got her on a 50/50 and built her she's amazing. I have her cr/cd at 60/190 and she's constantly hitting 3000 on normal attacks and over 5000 after infusing her sword

like if you log in daily you get stuff, you log in a full week you get slightly better stuff, you log in every day for the month you get great stuff.

It's pretty obscure unfortunately but they do have a daily check in bonus on the hoyolab site

This rarely happens when people call it in advance.

Most of the time (SHOCKER) the upgrades wind up randomly distributed over both good and bad stats.
