Concede? "technically not illegal" doesn't matter even a little bit to the victims and the trauma they experienced and will carry with them to their graves. Why won't you people acknowledge this?

My sister went to a boarding school type thing when she was a teen. She wasn't taken in the middle of the night out of nowhere or anything but she was gone for quite a while. I fill zero sympathy over it. My sister was a total psycho when she was that age. The most out of control person I've ever met. You can't even imagine. The boarding school did help to chill her out.
