So black dude gets shot and is laying on the street bleeding. Calls 911 who sends a cop who promptly runs him over. He dies later at the hospital. Cops tell family he died from being shot.

Vehicular manslaughter I think. Pretty sure that's the charge when someone kills with a vehicle unintentionally but while being negligent and/or unlawful (such as hitting someone while speeding or running a red light). Not 100% certain on this though.

Unfortunately, when cops have accidents they never want to take responsibility. This cop probably won't face justice

Also, people saying it was an accident, sure..that doesn't excuse them not putting it in the report and not telling the family it happened. They just instantly said "yup, died form the gunshot"...we don't know that. I'd imagine getting run over while you're bleeding out probably exacerbates the issue.

Police kill black people in less then 2 seconds if they don't react in time. She saw this man on the street. She just wanted to kill a black man and knew she would get away with it.

Anyways if you ran over a police officer that was like... Looking in a storm drian or something where they're laying down, especially if you had dash cam footage, they'd fuck your life up a million ways. Especially if the officer was visible for 5 seconds. You'd get arrested and thrown in jail for manslaughter charges as well as distracted driving and a whole other slew of charges
