DS3 is easy as fuck. DS3 dlc bosses can suck my balls. Friede has a "floor is lava" phase 2 and Demon Prince has two sub bosses you have to kill at the same time just to get to the actual boss

I'm at 50 DEX so my damage has pretty much capped too

Does the DLC screw over magic builds? Feels like in my recent experience with the series Magic is kinda OP.

Idk, Ive seen some low level runs and the bosses go down just as quick as in the vanilla

not sure what I'm doing wrong then cuz I've got a sharp +10 Astora Greatsword and Ricard's Rapier

Demon Prince's gimmick of having a different "super attack" depending on which one you're fighitng is pretty cool. I wanna say Demon in Pain was the fireball one and the other had the laser. I agree that the DLC bosses are mostly harder ignoring the Gravetender guy and Halflight.

This was my first attempt against the boss. I killed Demon in Pain last. The Demon Prince eventually grew an enormous DBZ fireball that broke into a hundred meteors that one shot me even as I rolled

I guess I probably needed to get way closer

If the damage isn't lightning or physical, TRC shits on it.

Sharp infusions are best just above 60 DEX

Friede wasnt even that much harder than other bosses. She definitely wasnt harder than Nameless King.

Gael and Midir were pretty hard though. I didnt think Demon Princes were too bad though.

it's not just the bosses - one of the NPCs is so tough, it's ridiculous

but in all seriousness its been a while since i've played but i remember her patterns being pretty easy to read. The first phase shes easy to parry and get back stabs in.

Second phase i just bum rushed the big boy. 3rd phase she gets pretty easy to read and i would just roll backwards alot

I beat Friede after clearing the whole level with a random player. I think I had 2 estus flasks left going in. He helped me with the bulk and died near the end where I finished off the last 4th of her health. It was only the 2nd time beating her. Definitely one my greatest Souls moments.

My greatest souls moment happened today when I entered the ringed city for the first time, got invaded, had two blue sentinels show up to help, then got myself killed by the thousand ghost knights appearing and shooting arrows

Those moments are fun too if you got a good sense of humor. I try to avoid being invaded. I think I might even turn it off half the time. So I scare easily into making stupid decisions and dying embarrassingly. I sike myself out by wondering what they know that I don't
