Strong top 10, and no more past winners. Pretty good year. Four shows I would love to see win still in, although I'll be shocked if any of them even make it to the final given SG/Monogatari/LotGH have stuck around.

In all honesty I think My Hero looks the strongest and it wouldnt surprise me if it wins this year, think Mob going deep as well held it back the last couple of years.

plus its new season is ongoing (though not like that really matters who watches anime lol)

My focus was indeed on Mob last year (well that and Beastars) and Mob the year before as well. I tried to balance MHA and Mob a bit but it kept getting to the point where Mob just got more lucky saves than MHA, but this year I actively decided to let Mob and Beastars go since MHA was still going. We'll see how it goes, happy it's top 10 at least

Top 10 Kaiji is a beautiful thing though. Top 10 Monster would've been great but the stigma of past champs... so sad.

Very good top 10. Seven shows I've seen at least one full season of (if you count the remake of LotGH) and enjoyed to some extent. Thinking I should add Kaiji to my watch list.

TTGL is already the best performing super robot show ever, do Ergo Proxy/Ghost in the Shell count as mecha series?
Kaguya-sama has never failed to make top 10, can it finally be crowned champion?
Oh and Steins;Gate and Monogatari are both long suffering finalists that have made a number of 10s for following their heartbreaking defeats.

I think there's a pretty clear gap between those bottom four and the top six. TTGL is the wild card for me, but given how many votes it's been picking up since other shows dropped I think it could go far. I think if Monogatari and LotGH get near the end (which looks likely), they may not have the support of enough people to win it.

I don't think Steinsgate is that strong, right now... maybe I'm wrong but certainly feels like MHA-TTGL are top 2 at the moment.

I can't picture LotGH winning just because enough people haven't seen it.... gotta get everybody moving on this:



Just gotta do 4 episodes a day to finish during free trial.... well, 6 episodes a day if you want to fit in the prequel series and movies too. C'mon!!!

Even if a longshot, won't stop me from saving it every chance I get in the meantime, I guess. And trying to get through my screencap collection before the end too.

Kaiji run reminds me of Goblin Slayer-esque run (and is a better show of course) so hoping that can keep going...

But hey, last year everybody doing top 10 predictions had Mob in 10th or, if very lucky, 9th. And it made the finals. So anything can really happen!!

As the biggest Steins;Gate supporter here it certainly has its fair share of fans but it's usually not most people's favorite nor first choice to back. It usually falters in the 5-10 range other than the one year it made the finals.

Definitely think this is MHA to lose at this point though in the competition though.

Yeah this is the thing with the Gurren/Haikyuu finals. Gurren has the higher floor but Haikyuu has the higher ceiling if that makes sense?

Theres a reason why I ask people to pick between the two on trades!
