Will, the butler, Uncle Phil and Carlton are all genuinely likable. Usually therell be a Kramer/Fes/Hilary who either exists separately from the rest of the cast doing their own hijinks or primarily interacts with one character because their gimmick plays well with them, but in Friends it felt like every character worked well with every other one (like a real group of friends). First thing I noticed that my friend chimed in on is how... old the actors looked, and how this might be the first time in history where the actresses actually look better than the guys.
