People thought I was addicted, but it was really just my choice to pass time with. I cut down for the past 4-5 years. I never let the stuff sit in my mouth, but I only have one set of teeth so I figure that + money saved. Also, while I do drink tea, I also kinda wanted to make a point I don't rely on caffeine. Was able to demonstrate the fact this stuff was always just a choice and not an addiction. Every once in a while I'll try out a new flavor, although the vitamin aftertaste seems more prominent now so it really isn't compelling in any way to get another can sooner than later. --- Competing every night, both ends, shoot inside/outside, fast break, transition, Monta Ellis have it all <cite>KaZooo posted [p:954981877] in Do energy ... If I drink one of those on an empty stomach, after a few hours, my hands are visibly shaking. And regardless of if I eat or not, I periodically feel heart palpitations after drinking one.
