And the only time i felt unsafe in a car that wasn't because of weather. Honestly, driving a delivery van on the strip taught me more about driving than any driving course I ever took. It's not that hard, its just intimidating. Trump Tower is one of the few places I dont know because their delivery policy was always to leave it at the front desk, but I've heard good things. Share rides are sparce because of how far everyone is from eachother. It's essentially what would be in a food court but it's fucking amazing. They're 100% free and its like a mini Cirque show. If you want a Cirque show, "O" is easily the best hands down. not sure how i missed it but yeah mostly either indoor or at least out of the strip where it won't be heat + people. but yeah stuff for like 2ish to 8ish i still have to figure out what i'll be doing. There are DEFINITELY a lot of tourists driving, but they're just as scared as you (during the day). When i went to cali a couple years ago literally the first thing i did after getting my rental was find a mexican place. Mexican food here in the philly suburbs is such ass. But some water bottles and walk around in light clothes cause you will burn up and you'll feel the heat coming off the sidewalk.
