I'm from CA but lived in New England 8 years. 90F dry is more comfortable than 85F humid. It's why when they have a heatwave it becomes a national emergency. They have no way to combat it. Personally when it's over 75 F here I need to have mine on. Tbh, as a native Californian, 75F is more pleasant than the east and south at the same temperature because you live without humidity, the bugs the weather enables, the T-storms and tornadoes the weather enables, etc. It's nice to live somewhere without shitty weather.
