This is totally true. I eat my salad dry.

My unpopular opinion is tomatoes are bad. I mean all tomatoes and everything primarily made from tomatoes. Ketchup, marinara sauce, etc are all trash

the only other (common) topping that I would say detracts from burgers is onions.

sometimes the taste of the onions is too overpowering, for me.

Spam in general is awesome. But only when cooked. Its pretty gross seeing it slide out of the can raw :<

Ive never had it on a cheeseburger though. There are places here that sell various Spam sandwiches here though, like Jack in the Box. They have a Spam and egg breakfast croissant which is great :3

Americans have shit food.

There is way too much salt in the average North American and Asian diets. Even cooking foods on your own, most recipes call for a days worth of salt of some kind in one meal.

-McDonalds fries are disgusting; in general Burger King beats McDonalds in everything other than their breakfast and fountain sodas.
-meat doesn't belong on pizza.
-mango is good on pizza with garlic sauce instead of red sauce.
-people who order pad thai at Thai places are the worst. same with people who eat meat-based dishes at Indian restaurants; that is not pure Hindu veg bro.
-South Indian food is better than North Indian food.
-pig is a bottom tier meat.
-tuna, even low quality tuna, is better than salmon.
-catfish is great. who gaf if they're "bottom feeders."
-corn meal breading is always better on fish and chicken than any other type of breading.
-ground turkey is better than ground beef in most recipes. Yes, I mean taste-wise.
-ranch dressing is vile and disgusting.
-Little Caesars is better than just about any larger pizza chain that spans multiple states, even without price being a factor. Jets being the obvious exception.
-Detroit style pizza > Neopolitan > Chicago > NY > bar pizza > general pizza > thin crust > that bullshit they do in southern OH/PA that's like Lunchables with the uncooked cheese on top

Bacon by itself is fine but it overpowers the flavor of anything else you put it on.

Mayo, ranch and mustard are disgusting. Its one of the reasons I dont eat out. They are in everything.

The flour/corn tortilla debate in the US for some reason seems to conveniently skip over how flour tortillas are favored in some northern Mexican states.

Beef is overhyped beyond the point of craziness. Will fully give deference to the animal essentially made for human enjoyment - pig.

Condiments are almost always shit tier add ons. No, I dont want Mayo to ever touch anything I eat.

Most revered food traditions, whether intended for wealthy or poor patrons, seem to revolve around eating after a drinking session or pairing with an alcohol. Makes sense why most of the good stuff is both filling and bad for you.

Theres a middle ground between that and not using any dressing like some people said they do earlier in the topic. I usually just drizzle a handful of drops of olive oil and vinegar and maybe a bit of green olive juice. Or Ill sprinkle a little salt. The lettuce/spinach/whatever should definitely be the most prominent taste imo.

Gonna be honest, mine was a fat joke. Not proud of it, but it's my go to for these situations.
