I usually keep a log in my phone if Im being that serious. But, usually I can keep a mental tab on how Im doing. Im not going to make any wild progress at my age and strength level naturally, so I dont go all out with tracking it.

Got you. I find that I keep trying to find trendy apps to do it but scribbling on a notepad feels easier.

At this point I use the same as scorpion. When I was legitimately trying to make progress and really focusing, I'd just use excel and then graph it to get a nice visual.

You should just expect the numbers to trend up but sometimes go down, so if I don't make it I just don't change what I wrote last time ... Copied to Clipboard!

I just remember it. I only do five exercises: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, barbell row. It's easy to just remember what I did the last time.

notebook: write out my lifts for the week, when I'm working out I'll check mark them off or make notes where I change the weight or reps or sets from what I initially planned
spreadsheet: tracks my core stats, like the weight on my top lifts (ohp, bench, squat, deadlift) and my body weight over time blog: duplicate some of the stuff from my notebook but add in details about the day, dear diary I felt like shit and didn't eat etc --- Trying to dunk since July 2020 ...
