I have myfitnesspal but food isn't really my problem.

I usually keep a log in my phone if Im being that serious. But, usually I can keep a mental tab on how Im doing. Im not going to make any wild progress at my age and strength level naturally, so I dont go all out with tracking it.

If you need to track what percentage of your max on your fifth set you did for your third accessory exercise, you're overthinking it, ime

At this point I use the same as scorpion. When I was legitimately trying to make progress and really focusing, I'd just use excel and then graph it to get a nice visual.

I used to but I think getting overly concerned with upping the numbers like it's a video game is misguided. You should just expect the numbers to trend up but sometimes go down, so if I don't make it I just don't change what I wrote last time

I'm older and wiser than I used to be so lately I'm just focused on showing up everyday and not being overly concerned with the microdetails, but was curious what other people do.

I just remember it. I only do five exercises: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, barbell row. It's easy to just remember what I did the last time.

I just count in my head.
Daily:
100 pushups
50 pull ups
200 squats
5 minute plank
30 ring dips
Working towards handstand pushups

notebook: write out my lifts for the week, when I'm working out I'll check mark them off or make notes where I change the weight or reps or sets from what I initially planned

spreadsheet: tracks my core stats, like the weight on my top lifts (ohp, bench, squat, deadlift) and my body weight over time

blog: duplicate some of the stuff from my notebook but add in details about the day, dear diary I felt like shit and didn't eat etc
