Not sure if it would fall under the "gospel song" umbrella (I've never really heard the term before), but "On Eagle's Wings" has always been a favorite.

It's good but not my favorite. I grew up in church and I always liked the more upbeat worship songs better, none come to mind right now though but I never really knew the name of them to begin with.

"One Way Jesus" is surprisingly good by church song standards, although that's still really not saying much. That aside, I can only think of examples of "good songs by Christian bands but the songs aren't overtly religious themselves, even if they might have subtle religious themes".
