Sounds like apartheid to me. Until Israel does not restrict legal rights and equality based on religion and ethnicity, they will be an apartheid state/ethnostate. The only question is whether that's somehow justified by necessity, religion, etc (hint:no). At the end of the day, the Jewish people are entitled to a place where they can be safe and secure. Israel is occupying the state of Palestine and that is where Israel is oppressing people.
