Hey I stink at games and I picked this. How should I play it. What points should go into skills? I got lift and throw and barrier and warp. And the pistol buff. How do I be good at the game?

Playing on slightly hard mode (I forget the name)

Get Warp to level 4 for Barrier.

Try to unlock Lift as early as possible and then max that out. The biotic powers are pretty broken, so Lift, Throw, Barrier, and Warp should take heavy precedence over firearm skills. In combat, you should be accessing your ability wheel constantly and always using your biotics (it's easy to forget about them and focus on constant shooting).

Right. Do my squad mates use theirs on AI though? I actually don't know. I'm on the asteroid now, like right after becoming a spectre

I assume they do, and that they'd be better if I did It for them. But I don't wanna.

They do if you set them to in the options menu.

The default option is to only have them cast defensive skills on their own. If you want them to go full AI, you have to change that setting.

Oh...huh, guess I gotta look there. Makes sense why the difficulty kinda spiked in the first area.

Any tips for getting through the mines area? I've died like 5 times now.
