How the fuck are the police not going to file any charges against this lunatic? He could have hit some other person or their vehicle with the bullets he fired, and could have also caused himself to get in a accident. If he didn't brake check the other guy almost causing a accident things probably wouldn't have escalated from there. And even if the other guy tapped the back of his vehicle and flashed a gun he should have tried to remember the other guy's plate, slowed down to put distance between the two, pulled over and called the police to report incident and show them the dash cam footage. Straight up white privilege is all this is.
