Most of those guitarists can just find their position by feel. Steve Vai has vine inlay on his signature guitar. The only place youd find fret markers would be on the side, not visible on a dark stage. Some fretboards dont have any inlay. As far as inlays go this guitar is very minimal with them compared to most. Its much more difficult to even find guitars without inlays, its not the norm. zebatov posted... What next do you use other training wheels like a metronome and on stage use in-ear monitors or other training wheels like strings less than .13s or humbuckers, noise gates, compressors, digital tuners?
