I have $100 or $200 I can use on a 32 inch Full HDTV (1080p) and I'm likely to get one of dese brands since dey are within my budget.

At that low of a price range everything's going to be similar in quality. I'd go with TCL simply because their Roku smart TV platform is better.

Because you did it to me and I got it overturned and reposted by repeatedly bumping the topic so it wouldn't purge while they debated about it

Never used a Vizio but I will say for sure that my TCL has been solid for what it is. 43'' "4k" (not really) with the built in roku was an absolute steal IMO. It's flawless although it goes without saying that the picture doesn't compare to the higher budget TVs, but it gets the job done.

Do all TCLs have Roku built in now? If so then go for that, if not then either one is great.

My last two TVs were Vizio. First one was a plasma, and it got a bunch of black vertical lines within a year or two. Basically, those didn't get dead pixels, they got dead lines.

Next one was an LCD, and it's still working fine for 10+ years.
