Thats on my to do list. House was built in 2000 and has the original AC and furnace. Both still work fine but I know theyll probably need to be replaced within the next few years and hopefully Ill be able to afford it before they break randomly.

I got a new AC and furnace this last February and it ran me about 7k, and I'm saving a lot too
