PS5 has higher trade value than Series X by virtue of its rarity.

You're trading what is perceived to be a system that is "easier" to get - of course you won't find anyone willing to trade.

As someone who owns both consoles, I find it super weird that the PS5 is so much higher on the demand tier than the Series X, given the Series X is almost objectively the better console (and also has Game Pass).

Nevertheless, the PS5 is what everyone wants and it's impossible to get.

PS5 has games you can only play on PS5. Series X shares it's exclusives with PC. If I could play all PS5 exclusives on PC, I wouldn't need either console.

What's PS5 offering that you would rather own it instead? PS has been the best since the X360 in my opinion but it seems like this time around, all MS is doing is probably going to make it the more desirable console, especially when their Bethesda games are releasing exclusively. Xbox has Yakuza and The Show now also. Sony seems to be losing out on a lot of what has made it successful, leaning on exclusives.

I wouldn't call myself casual, but I don't care about graphics/framerate so consoles are fine for what I want. If I could play all my backlog Xbox games on PC i'd consider it, but i'm far invested at this point to change over.

Everybody I know plays on PS, and I'm kind of tempted by the haptic triggers on the ps5 controller
