Making beef kebab, (wouldve added lamb too but its so expensive). Noticed now its gotta bake in tinfoil for 3 hours low temp xD. Oh well. Late dinner for me then.

Also its not that uneven, took the pic on an angle so it looks weird.

When its ready, Ill slice it up, you can store kebab slices in the freezer.

Already made a red kebab sauce (tomatoes, garlic, parsley) and a tzatsiki sauce. Gonna serve in pita bread with some tomatoes, cucumber and fefferoni peppers.

i always read a recipe start to finish before i start. then i make sure i have everything, and enough of it, before starting step 1. one time i was halfway through a dish and realized i forgot an ingredient, but never again

I usually stray away from recipes anyway, use them more of a guideline. But yeh shoulve read this one completly >_>
