legendarylemur 05/31/21 7:51:15 PM #410:	Astel currently doing a solo climb to master in Apex, and I genuinely can't believe some people suggested Aqua is better because she's been doing it solo because Astel basically outpaced her in like 3 days of what Aqua took to do and do worse in like 3 weeks (he also just got 3 champion in D2 in an hour and a half. That's probably more than half his games within that time period lol). I've watched both a LOT in Apex and I'm sorry to say but they're not even on the same spectrum. It's not always the case, but in general, it's far easier for a shorter person to sing at a higher pitch. I say that but Kanata and Towa are on the shorter end lul. I mean I know this applies to guys far more significantly than girls though, mostly because of guys being capable of being far taller than shorter guys, where the difference is less stark amongst girls. Suisei is one of the tallest, so is Calli or Coco, and considering their natural voices, they are significantly deeper. Kanata's natural voice isn't low like their though. For another, if a person is capable of vibrato, no matter to what degree, if they're unable to vibrato at a certain pitch, it simply means it's not their natural comfort range, and they're straining to sing at that pitch. Also a lot of girls just sing at a falsetto and just forgo clarity in singing. A lot of idol shit and a lot of vtubers are guilty of this. Suisei even used to be guilty of this til the last several months where her vocal chord issues pretty much forced her to abandon it altogether. As a result, she sounds much more natural and expressive. But just about everybody can do falsetto and sound far higher than their normal pitch. Even tall guys can sing at falsetto and sound like a soprano with enough training. Doesn't really mean they can sing at a higher pitch without falsetto.
