Thanks.

Me being confused by some stuff like this is further reason why I've wanted to get a formal diagnosis to see if I'm on the spectrum, because some things seem kinda confusing for me sometimes. But maybe it's must weird, idk
Well, I assume that you are American and do encourage you to do so when it is realistically possible.

Getting caught looking isn't the same as getting caught staring. Humans are humans are animals, and we have a primal tendency to look towards things that can biologically arouse us. You also have to consider our eyes don't move from one point of interest to the other flawlessly. If your gaze is directed somewhere specific it can still take you a moment to actually fixate on whatever it is you're being directed towards. Now consider the fact that when you are doing repetitive things, especially faced in the same general direction when doing them, your gaze will wander naturally. The most important thing to do is if you feel like you got caught looking, even if it was on purpose, look them in the eyes. Guilty people have s tough time looking others, especially their victims, in the eyes.

I'm very much interested in getting a test, but I have found it exceedingly difficult, the one place I could find didn't have availability for over a year.

I'm diligent enough that I don't think I'd ever look, not that I even care or want to, the only reason I'd look at somebody's boobs IRL is pavlovian conditioning from the media.
