I don't. I guess if my next girlfriend really wants me to shave it, I'll do it. But I'm a hairy guy in general, so I try to avoid those "I like guys with no body hair" women.

I have before, but if you don't do it consistently its super prickly and uncomfortable when it grows back in. Knowing I'd be too lazy to keep it up I opted to not go through that again.
