Love the cart narc and see nothing wrong with this video, she could have left at any time. Had a cart situation recently where a lady put her cart next to another cart (in the handicap access area) and got in her car. It was a windy day and her own cart went flying across the parking lot and hit a pole in front of someone's car, and the other cart hit her car pretty hard. She went out to inspect for damages, and the lesson she learned? Just put that cart an extra 5 feet away, still in the handicap area.

He has confronted a 300 pound man who also previously shot and killed a guy. And also recently had a gun flashed at him by another guy. If you look through his channel thumbnails, most of the people are big guys.

His harassment is not honestly that bad. People get into these situations who are not normal. Lady is irked that she got caught and she's going HAM. Any normal person would've just driven away a bit more and then taken the tag off or just ignore the guy completely.

And the lady at the end, coming to the defense of the other lady without seeing anything. What a joke. She called him autistic, got called out then got butthurt about that.

I stand corrected, first I've heard of this guy. That said, this is still an incredibly stupid hill to literally die on. People get the shit beaten out of them in parking lots for far less, and I don't think now is the best time to be antagonizing people with trivial shit. This can escalate so wildly out of control so quickly its just plain irresponsible and dangerous. I'm not a fan of any action that can potentially involve the police and escalate from there, and that is what this idiot is opening the door to.

Didn't watch the whole video, but this seems dumb to harass people over putting the shopping carts back. I always walk the cart back to the cart return, but that's a personal choice. I couldn't care less whether or not other people do it.

Im... not the cart narc. I dont care if other people dont put their carts back. Im just aware that its a minor dick thing to do and dont really mind this guy being a minor dick to them as recompense.

Also, I dont think its against the law anywhere to touch peoples property as long as youre not damaging, using or stealing it. Otherwise, people would be getting fined for brushing past peoples cars in a narrow parking situation or for putting flyers under windshield wipers. So yes, he has the right.

Cart Narcs is one of the best social experiments ever conducted. It's amazing the lengths some of these lazybones will reach to defend their shitty behavior, it's astounding. Those who are defending these scum have probably never had a cart ding up their ride.

Laws vary but the general consensus seems to be it is criminal mischief and possibly defemation. 7 lawyers are strongly advising against it. She could also easily claim existing damage was caused by him.

I'd argue assault as well, in many States you don't have to touch someone to assault them, they just have to feel threatened and I'd say she has a pretty good argument she felt threatened as his actions clearly caused her quite a bit of distress.
