This is funny because I once read a piece about the Coen Brothers talking about how they shot Inside Llewyn Davis, which is a movie where Oscar Isaac has to take a cat with him through the subway and such. They also described how nightmarish it was to work with a cat. This is next level though; the scriptwriters would have Spot jump onto a table and stay there until a certain line of dialogue where he was supposed to jump away.
