I just started Season 5 a few minutes ago.

So far this has been a great show with Season 1 being the "weakest" and everything just keeps getting better from there.

So many characters I like too. Amos grew on me, I love Alex but unfortunately heard the actor got fired, Drummer who I think is kinda hot, her friend who is the old guy. Even the Indian woman at the UN who can be a real bitch at times is great.

I also even feel this is one of the very few shows where there's a very diverse cast but none of it feels forced or cringey. Everyone is competent but has flaws. Just good we'll rounded and we'll written characters.

Anyways if you haven't seen it, take advantage of your Prime subscription and do yourself a favor. This is really good science fiction. A breath of fresh air from Disney crap like the new Star Wars or worse, new Trek.

Please no unmarked spoilers. I just started episode 1 of season 5. I heard there's something that made a lot of people angry that happens mid-way in season 5 but I want to find out for myself.

I could see that but I think I liked it better than 3. I think the best season so far has been 2.

Great show. Some weak seasons but the high points are incredible. Wish we saw more of Jared Harris' character.

5 is weird because the first three episodes or so are great, then the rest of the season is probably the show's worst, until the finale, which is like, in the top 3 episodes of the entire show. Not really a consistent season at all.

I was ready to write off S5 as being a disappointment until that finale. Like damn.

Isn't this kinda spoilers for TC, it always irks me when people are like "yeah the episodes you are about to watch X one is good and Y is bad but just wait until episode Z"

I have thoughts on Season 5 too but I'll wait until TC has finished.

I had people say that season 4 and season 5 look like crap when it comes to special effects and environments/set pieces, but after finishing season 4 I don't see that. I think it looks perfectly fine.

Just learned that Shohreh Aghdashloo was also the voice of Admiral Shala'Raan vas Tonbay in Mass Effect 2 and 3.

Great actress with a very distinct voice.

Seeing Jared Harris name raised my excitement for the show but the rest of the sentence quickly tempered it. >.>
