People call one or two people bitching about something on twitter "cancel culture." People call normal every day business decisions "cancel culture." I mean, honestly, the whole thing is a waste of time on both sides. "Cancelled" people/things don't go away. They come back in a matter of months if not sooner. It's the equivalent of putting a child in time out for 15 minutes. :v
