The type of dude who thinks playing a female character in a game somehow makes you less of a man.

Me and friend were watching wrestlemania in discord and talking about the Rock. Then my "manly" friend hops in. I told him that i like the rock as an actor and that his best movie is Moana. Dude goes off about how its a movie for girls and how he was his best in the Fast and Furious movies.

It just makes me laugh that he got so upset about it. These people actually exist lol

He's honestly not that bad of a dude. He doesnt hate women or anything he just constantly tries to prove hes a man when shit like that comes up.

When Vermintide came out a few years ago he was all pissed he had to play as a girl. Its just one of those things you roll your eyes at but other than that hes pretty ok.

Everyone in our discord makes jokes about kissing the homies but it makes him uncomfortable but he's never said anything negative about LGQBT people.

Wat? Both of the Vermintide ladies are great (although I'm apparently weird for liking Kerillian). My only grievances against them are that they are not (arguably, in Sienna's case) as batshit insane as Saltzpyre or as prone to drunken Dwarven singing as Bardin.

A lot of normal "manhood" go-to's for talking just revolve around topics that have broad general appeal. Depending on where you live, you can probably throw in a couple extra topics with regional importance. Probably the most annoying one I'll hear about is hunting since if you weren't exposed to it by your dad/family, then chances are you will have zero interest in the topic.

I sort of questioned things a bit in the past, and I've usually preferred to play as the opposite sex in games, but ultimately decided nope - I don't need to change anything about my real self. (To be VERY clear, that's I don't need to, not "no one should".) Yes, I still will usually play as the female character in games when that's an option.

First game I remember doing it in was Fable II. After loving the first game I had trouble getting into its sequel, and I was really disappointed about that. Eventually decided to restart with a new character, made her female, and the game was instantly 100% more fun. Ive picked female characters ever since when given the option.

Because I think its wrong to sexualize things that can't consent and my issues with furries is that they like to make their fetishes public. If you want to sexualize animals then do that in your own bedroom. I don't need to see you be walked down the street on a leash.
