At the peak of my depression, I would go weeks without it; sometimes I would go a month without it. But I'm much happier now. God is good. Holy shit I used to be so filthy. Aristoph 04/10/21 9:10:19 PM #10:	Any time I have to go out and be around people for longer than something like picking up a carry-out order. So it depends entirely on how much I have going on. But at minimum once a week because of bowling league. I really hate the sensation of being wet. Doesn't matter how much I dry off afterwards, I always feel gross and clammy for an hour or two after a shower. So if I'm not going out and don't need to look presentable, I avoid it.
