First they didn't even get all the content that was on the WWE Network, as it's still missing a TON of stuff that was on the WWE Network. Now they're removing things that are problematic

With the WWE Network moving to Peacock comes certain changes, and that includes the removal of content that would be seen as problematic today. PWInsider reports that Peacock has edited several programs that may not have aged well since they initially aired. So far, this includes Wrestlemania VI on April 1, 1990 and Survivor Series from November 27, 2005.

In the case of Wrestlemania, it features Rowdy Roddy Piper vs Bad News Brown, in which Piper painted half of his body black. The entire match, as well as a promo from Piper, were removed. It appears that the edit is why Wrestlemania VI was the last main WWE PPVs to get added.

Meanwhile, Survivor Series featured a segment in which Mr. McMahon uses the n word while interacting with John Cena, which then cuts to Booker T to get his reaction. That segment has also been edited out.

The questionable material previously appeared on the WWE Network versions of the shows, but Peacock has different standards and practices for what they want on their service.

I feel badly for all the people that are making money from podcasts and YouTube, and now the content they review is getting taken away and they can't do their content anymore

I feel badly for all the fans of that style of content because now their favorite podcasts are no longer able to provide a show for them to listen to and enjoy.

I feel badly for the newer fans that were going back through all the episodes of Raw and Smackdown and enjoying them for the first time.

But yeah, "my racism gone!", is what we're all thinking. /s

Because the none of the content they review is up yet. While they wait for them to remove a Bra and Panties match from an episode of Raw in 2001, that entire episode of Raw isn't on the service yet. So they can't do that episode.

However, this is the Attitude Era, most episodes are like that right now. So all the people who are doing reviews of the Attitude Era right now for their shows that they're getting paid for, they can no longer do until Peakcock puts them up without all the problematic material that I don't mind being removed.

What I mind is that the entire show isn't there because of them right now, not just a few segments. WrestleMania and shows like that are fine, hell, I don't even know if Raw IS effected right now. I don't have the service, but that's what people were saying over on the PWB - Attitude Era Raws are not on the Peakcock right now, so there are zero legal places to watch those episodes right now

Also, there are thousands of other wrestling shows that people can no longer watch since the move

I think a couple pro wrestlers have a Confederate Flag tattoo on their visible bodies. I know some even came out with flags like The Freebirds. Better not show any of one of the greatest feuds of all time because the Heels, the BAD GUYS, had a horrible flag with them in a fictional TV show

I dont think people read disclaimers anymore these days. A program can clearly state at the beginning that some content may be offensive and they will ignore that and get offended by certain scenes. Then blame the program that they were offended and want it canceled. Just pure ignorance.

They never cut Benoit out of old programming. They never mentioned him again, but every match of his was always on the Network. They just didn't list him in the card.
