He's best known for playing curly haired lottery winner, Hugo "Hurley" Reyes in the highly popular series Lost as he was seen running errands with actress wife, Rebecca Birdsall He hit headlines throughout his career for his see-saw weight gain and loss as he once admitted he was encouraged to try and lose it for health reasons He lost 100lbs off his 400ls frame at one stage thanks to strict dieting and workout plan and followed a Nooch diet where he ate lots of spinach, vegetables and protein.
