Any input-light game. I like Baba is You, Human Resource Machine, and LISA the Painful. Turn-based puzzle games, walking sims, and JRPGs in general. Presumably, any game's controls can be remapped to whatever you like using this method so it's mostly just a question of finding input-light games:
