I tried to get a picture but its at an awkward spot on my shin and I couldnt really get one that shows it

but basically when I bend my leg in a specific way - deep bend on my tip toes, putting my weight on it -- there's this little swell that happens on my shin. it almost looks like a hematoma, but I can touch it and press it down without discomfort and its only there (or at least noticeable) when I bend my leg in this specific way

how worried should I be?

I ran into a trailer hitch about 15 years ago and now have a similar lump in that spot. Only when my knee is bent can I see it. Hasn't gotten any bigger or smaller. Never saw a doctor. Just accepted it and honestly forgot all about it until this topic.
