People like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk probably have multiple millions in liquid cash, and probably some other securities as well, but I would think most of their value is in stocks for their company. Which of these is the tax on? It wouldnt make sense to force people to sell stocks in their company to get money to pay for this tax.
