Vaccinated Swedes will be able to use it to travel within the EU and hopefully outside the union.

The Government is also thinking about making it a mandatory document to go to concerts, sport events, hairdressers etc. The exact domestic uses are still being assessed.

We already have an "Impfpass" (General vaccination document), we don't need one extra for CoVID. Just add covid data to it

We have a similar thing in Sweden but to make it easier and streamlined the whole EU is discussing making a covid passport after Denmark and Sweden announced their plan.

How long is a covid-negative result good for? Couldnt you get tested, get negative result, then contract it in the same day?

Of course. It probably takes a bit of time to become contagious but I am not sure if it would be hours or days.

Yes.

This is a passport for vaccinated people.
