I'd gone pretty cold on Hades, had some frustrating runs, moved onto other games and thought i might never end up doing that accomplishment. Decided to have one go at it tonight just casually, no expectations, and it happened.

Lucifer Rail.. i had max restrictions on boon selection and still lucked out and got my precious Triple Bomb. couldn't get a Call for the entire run, though. finished with one DD to spare.. now I can move on from this game in satisfaction, when that finally does happen (probably soon)

I did it with Aspect of Chiron before the nerf. I wanna say I had Dionysus on special? I saved the results pic at the end so maybe I'll look at it again later. I was planning to do it with other weapons but I haven't played the game in a while so who knows if that'll ever happen.

highest heat i've done is like ... 10, maybe 11. but i've been evenly spreading it out over the weapons as much as i can to farm TB.

^nice yeah i did that too until everything got to around 14 heat and then started eyeing up that last statue and getting impatient/determined

i just can't imagine doing a run without having any boon/hammer choice. that's nuts. i'd rather take EM4 or add onto Hard Labor. but, again, highest heat i've done is like 10 or 11 so what do i know?

no, i think you have the right thinking and those are better options. no choice definitely sucks lol, and on top of that it was my first time using Routine Inspection so i didn't even have re-rolls.

what happened was, on my last promising attempt at it, i showed up to EM Hades in really good shape, but it was my first time facing him with Forced Overtime and he just trounced me, unexpectedly. a big part of that though was that through 3 Hermes boons including a re-roll i couldn't get a single one for either move speed or extra dash. he just ran circles around me. so i said to hell with that and decided that in attempting 32 going forward i wasn't going to do *both* forced overtime and EM4.

I got to Elysium and got fucked a few times so I gave up.

i think the highest i got was 8? just working my way up slowly with whatever weapon gives me the +20% darkness thing. i seem to use the extra monsters from the pact of punishment first since more enemies = more coins, i think
