What's red and smells like old paint only at 3pm on a Sunny day in Summer? When the sun goes down it is not red and does not smell anymore. This only happens on Sundays.

Answer is an old man that had a red paint bucket fall onto him but he showered in the night so it stopped smelling then. It happened on a Sunday because that's when he has time to paint his house
